This race features a spectacular run along the shores of scenic Birch Bay and on tree lined country roads. Birch Bay is a sea side village close to the Canadian border, with quaint vacation cottages and luxurious hotels .... stay for the weekend! Safe, certified and professionally managed courses for serious and recreational runners alike, walkers are welcome. The 15K and 30K includes an out and back into Birch Bay State Park. The 30K adds rolling hills and million dollar views.  Be inspired! ...a "hidden gem" event at international distances. A classic road race in every sense of the word. Benefits "Girls on the Run" of Whatcom County. Birch Bay Road Rage is not affiliated with the Birch Bay Marathon and Half Marathon. Training for your 1st Marathon or Half Marathon? The 15K (9.3 miles) or 30K (18.6 miles) are the perfect distance for May race goals. Experience a fully supported race and learn what to expect.
