NEW COURSE MAPS FOR MARCH 27.
5K Course: Starts at Birch Bay Water Slides area and runs south along Birch Bay to intersection of Birch Bay Dr. and Alderson Rd. A totally flat course with great bay views. Returns back on opposite side of Birch Bay Dr., crossing at Cottonwood Court to Morgan Rd and a short sprint to the Finish Line. CLICK HERE FOR INTERACTIVE MAP
15K Course: Starts at Birch Bay Water Slides area, runs south along Birch Bay to intersection of Birch Bay Dr. and Alderson Rd. Returns back on opposite side of Birch Bay Drive which turns into Birch Point Rd. Turn around is at 9.5 k. 15K finishes by turning up Cottonwood Court to Morgan Rd and a short sprint to the Finish Line. INTERACTIVE MAP CLICK HERE
30 K Course: Starts at Birch Bay Water Slide area, runs south along Birch Bay to intersection of Birch Bay Dr. and Alderson Rd. Returns back on opposite side of Birch Bay Dr. which turns into Birch Point Rd. Course turn right at the intersection of Semiahmoo Dr and Semiahmoo Parkway. Course goes along Semiahmoo Parkway and turns around just past 17 K and returns on opposite side of the road to Semiahmoo Dr., turns left and returns to Birch Bay Dr. 30K finishes by turning up Cottonwood Court to Morgan Rd and a short sprint to the Finish Line. FROM VANCOUVER, BC: Take Hwy 99 to Peace Arch Border Crossing. Drive south on I-5 to Exit 270 by Factory Outlet Stores. Turn right onto Birch Bay Linden Road - 6K (3.8 miles) to Race Start. (36 miles from Vancouver, BC and 20 miles from Bellingham, WA)
FROM SEATTLE: Take I-5 North through Bellingham. Exit 270 onto Birch Bay-Linden Road (left at 4-way stop).
